When a project needs a permit, we tell you at the estimate, before any work starts, and we walk you through what the city requires for that scope.
Do you work with HOAs?
Yes. We have built in HOA communities and can put together the scope, drawings and material samples an architectural committee asks to see before approving the work.
How long does a paver driveway take?
It depends on the size of the driveway, how much old material has to come out, the access for equipment and whether drainage has to be corrected. We give you the schedule in writing with your estimate and tell you if anything changes.
What affects the price of a project?
Square footage, material choice, how much demolition and hauling is involved, slope and access for equipment, and whether drainage or grading has to be corrected. We price after seeing the property, and we are rarely the cheapest bid.
Do you help with the design?
Yes. Alonso walks the property with you, shows paver patterns and material options, and will go with you to look at stone so you can see the real thing before anything is ordered.
